on the designation of a State body which, in some cases, is competent to pay the State compensation
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The national compensatory allowance (hereinafter referred to as "the allowance ') shall be paid by the district social security administration to a child not covered by the child allowance or the education allowance.
(1) The district social security administration responsible for the payment of the allowance according to the head office of the payer shall check the accuracy of the payment of the allowance and decide on the obligation for the payer to reimburse amounts unduly paid; If contributions are paid to the persons referred to in § 1, these tasks shall be carried out by the Czech Social Security Administration.
(2) The tasks referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out by the authorities of the ministries of defence, interior and justice, in respect of a contribution paid to professional soldiers and members of armed forces and services.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 July 1990.
