GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 July 2024
on the deductible costs of housing and accommodation for the purpose of determining entitlement to and the amount of the humanitarian benefit
According to Article 6b (3) of Act No. 66 / 2022 Coll., on measures in the field of employment and social security in connection with the armed conflict in the territory of Ukraine caused by the invasion of Russian troops, as amended by Act No. 75 / 2023 Coll. and Act No. 407 / 2023 Coll., ("the Act '):
(1) The amount of the deductible housing costs in the housing records or the amount of the deductible accommodation costs in other accommodation spaces (hereinafter referred to as "deductible housing costs") is, unless otherwise specified, CZK 6,000 per calendar month for foreigners with temporary protection, as referred to in § 6b (1) (a) or § 6b (1) (e) (1) (6) of the Act, and CZK 4,000 for other foreigners with temporary protection.
(2) A maximum of 5 persons shall be taken into account for the range of persons living together and jointly paying the cost of their needs to determine the amount of eligible housing costs; First, the persons referred to in § 6b (1) (a) or § 6b (1) (e) (1) to (6) of the Act are always taken into account.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 446 / 2023 Coll., on the deductible costs of housing and accommodation for the purpose of determining entitlement to and the amount of the humanitarian benefit, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 August 2024.
