GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 July 2023
amending Government Regulation No 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 44c (1) of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 273 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 366 / 2021 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 463 / 2013 Coll., on substance lists, as amended by Government Regulation No. 243 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 46 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 30 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 242 / 2018 Coll., Government Regulation No. 184 / 2021 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 159 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 3, the sentence "Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2022 / 1326 of 18 March 2022 amending the Annex to Council Framework Decision 2004 / 757 / JHA as regards the inclusion of new psychoactive substances in the definition of drugs' is added to the separate line.
2. In the table of Annex 3, a new line is inserted above the row in the column headed "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language ', containing the word" Butonitazen' in the column headed "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language ', the word" Brorfin' in the column entitled "Additional international non-proprietary name or other generic name ', the word" Brorphine' is inserted, and the column headed "Chemical name according to IUPAC 'contains the word" 3- {1- [1- (4-bromophenyl) ethyl] piperidin-4-yl} -1H-benzimidazol-2one'.
3. In the table of Annex 3, the word "Etorfin 'is inserted above the line in the column headed" Etonitazepyn' in the Czech language, containing the word "Etorfin 'in the column headed" International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language' and the word "Etonitazepyn 'in the column entitled" Chemical name according to IUPAC' in the column entitled "2- [(4-ethoxyphenyl) methyl-5-nitro-1- (2-pyrrolidin-1-ylethyl) -1H-benzimidazole '.
4. In the table in Annex No 3, the words "Cannabis resin 'are inserted above the line in the column headed" Protonitazen' in the Czech language 'in the column entitled "Protonitazen' and in the column entitled" Chemical name according to IUPAC 'in the column entitled "N, N-diethyl-5-nitro-2- [(4-propoxyphenyl) methyl] -1-H-benzimidazol-1-ethanamine'."
Technical Regulation
This Regulation has been notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015 / 1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical and information society services.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
