amending Decree No. 298 / 2000 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of wine-growing lines and their delimitation and the list of vine varieties in the various wine-growing regions from which grapes may be produced with the addition of
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 5 (10) of Act No. 115 / 1995 Coll., on wine-growing and wine-growing and amending certain related legislation, as amended by Act No. 216 / 2000 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Annex No 1 to Decree No 298 / 2000 Coll., establishing the list of wine-growing communities, the list of vineyards and their delimitation and the list of vine varieties in each wine-growing region from which grapes may be produced with the addition of wine, shall be amended as follows:
1. In the table "1. The wine-growing region of Prague" for the wine-growing community "2. Karlstejn" in the column "Name of the wine-growing line" points 2 and 3 are replaced by the new point 2 called "Vrše."
2. In the table "1. the wine-growing region of Prague" the following line is added at the end of the wine-growing area:

3. In the table "7. The wine-growing region of Brno" in the wine-growing community "1. Blucina" in the column "Name of the wine-growing line" the word "Zagreb" is replaced by "Death."
4. In the table "7. Brno wine-growing region ', the following point 5 is added to the wine-growing community" 2. Bošovice' in the column "Name of the wine-growing line ':

5. In the table "7. Brno wine-growing region" at the end of the wine-growing village "12. Ivančice" the following row is added:

Points 2 and 3 shall become points 1 and 2.

Points 4 to 10 shall become points 3 to 9 and paragraphs 12 to 25 shall become points 10 to 23.
21. In the table "12. Znojemská wine-growing region" the following point 7 is added to the wine-growing community "19.

22. In the table "12. Znojemská wine-growing region" for the wine-growing community "60. Týšetika" column "Map leaf numbers" reads:
"Znojmo 3-5, 4-5, 3-4."
23. In the table "12. Znojemská wine-growing region" at the end of the wine-growing community "74. Znojmo" the following row is added:
