GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 1999
determining, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 1998 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1998 and the amounts for the determination of the calculation basis
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 1998 amounts to CZK 11 693.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 1998 shall be 1,0850.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis referred to in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Decree No. 234 / 1998 Coll. are amended as follows:
a) Amounts of CZK 6,100 are increased to CZK 6,300,
b) The amount of CZK 13,000 is increased to CZK 14200.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000.
