amending Decree No 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs, and children, pupils and students of extraordinary talents
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to Sections 19, 23 (3) and 56 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 383 / 2005 Coll.:
In Article II of Decree No 62 / 2007 Coll., amending Decree No. 73 / 2005 Coll., on the education of children, pupils and students with special educational needs and children, pupils and students of exceptional qualifications, the words "1 September 2007 'are replaced by the words" 1 September 2008'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
