GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 14 / 1999 Coll., laying down technical requirements for lifts
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Laws, to implement § 12 (1) of this Act:
Government Regulation No. 14 / 1999 Coll., laying down technical requirements for lifts, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 7, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) Lifts placed on the market on the basis of contracts concluded before the date of entry into force of this Regulation may, instead of the requirements for their characteristics laid down in this Regulation, satisfy the requirements laid down in the provisions in force on the date of conclusion of the contract. ';
2. In Annex 4 (3), Annex 5 (3.2), Annex 6 (3.2) (b), Annex 7 (4), Annex 8 (3), Annex 9 (3.2) and Annex 10 (3.2) (b), the words "(§ 2 (4) and (5) 'are replaced by the words" (§ 2 (3)'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
