GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 September 1995
fixing for the purposes of pension insurance the amount of the general assessment bases for the period before 1995 and the amount of the conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment basis for 1994
The Government mandates pursuant to § 107 (1) (a) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance ("the Act '):
(1) The amount of the general assessment basis according to § 17 (1) and (2) of the Act is CZK 780 for 1947 and the calendar years preceding that year.
(2) The amount of the general assessment basis under § 17 (1) and (2) of the Act is:

The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base pursuant to § 17 (1) and (4) of the Act is 1,1914 for 1994.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.
