COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 22 September 1994 the Agreement was signed in Brussels in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the Czech Republic and the European Community concerning fish.
This Agreement shall be supplemented by the following:
Article 17 Interim Agreements on trade and trade related matters between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, of the one part, and the European Economic Community and the European Coal and Steel Community, of the other part, signed on 16 December 1991, as amended by the Additional Protocol of 21 December 1993. The Czech and Slovak Federal Republic became a party to the Interim Agreement on 1 March 1992 and the Czech Republic on 1 January 1993.
Article 24 of the Europe Agreement establishing an Association between the Czech Republic, of the one part, and the European Communities and their Member States, of the other part, the Czech Republic became a Contracting State on 4 October 1993.
The Agreement entered into force on 22 September 1994.
The text of the Agreement can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
