repealing certain legislation on scientific, technological and investment development
The State Commission on Scientific, Technical and Investment Development pursuant to § 53 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, as amended by Act No. 115 / 1983 Coll., pursuant to § 143 (1) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), and under § 32 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Forestry and Water Management and the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management and Wood Processing Industry of the Slovak Socialist Republic under § 24 (6) and § 30 (4) of Act No. 138 / 1973 Coll., on Water (Water Act), provides:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 75 / 1977 Coll., on Repeated Projects;
2. Decree of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 82 / 1980 Coll., on the evaluation of the technical level of products;
3. Decree of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development No. 86 / 1981 Coll., on the conclusion and implementation of contracts for scientific and technological cooperation with abroad;
4. The proceeds of the State Investment Construction Commission No 21 / 1965 (reg. amount 55 / 1965 Coll.), which mandates the Regional National Committees to carry out the shooting tests, as amended by the State Technical Commission Decree No. 6 / 1968 (reg.
5. Guidelines of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 4 / 1974 (reg. amount 14 / 1974 Coll.) on the preferred use of tubes of non-metallic materials;
6. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 1 / 1976 (reg. amount 7 / 1976 Coll.), which issue principles for the coordination of import and use of equipment, machinery and scientific and technical equipment;
7. Guidelines of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development No 6 / 1977 (reg. amount 11 / 1977 Coll.) on the use of wooden windows and doors in investment construction;
8. § 7 of Decree No. 13 / 1980 of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development (reg. amount 4 / 1981 Coll.) on the principles for the integration of television cable distribution into complex housing;
9. Directive No. 5 / 1981 of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development (reg. amount 17 / 1981 Coll.) on the transfer of construction costs to the price level applicable from 1.1.1982; 1)
10. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No 7 / 1982 (reg. amount 20 / 1982 Coll.) on the central registration of software automation design;
11. The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development No. 7 / 1983 (reg. amount 24 / 1983 Coll.), on the equipment of certain buildings for regulating and measuring the supply and consumption of heat from central sources;
12. Directive of the State Committee on the Construction and Central Water Management No 129 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the method of planning, financing, design and implementation of water and sewage connections.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1989.

(1) The Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development Directive No 4 / 1982 amending Directive No 5 / 1981 on the transfer of costs of buildings to the price level applicable from 1.1.1982 expired on the basis of the Communication of the State Commission for Scientific, Technical and Investment Development of 5.1.1987 on the validity of measures issued which are not of the nature of generally binding legislation (amount 1 / 1987 of the reports of SK VTRI, ČK VTIR and SIK VTIR).
