DECLARATION
of 25 July 2011
on the level of the reduction limits for establishing the calculation base for the period 30 September 2011 to 31 December 2011
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 108 (2) (a) of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 220 / 2011 Coll.:
For the period from 30 September 2011 to 31 December 2011
(a) the first reduction limit for the calculation basis is CZK 10 886,
b) the second reduction limit for the calculation basis is CZK 28 699,
c) the third reduction limit for determining the calculation basis is CZK 98 960.
This Decree takes effect on 30 September 2011.
