Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

In Paragraph 59, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:

"(2) He who makes submissions in electronic form in accordance with a specific legislation shall at the same time indicate the provider of certification services who has issued and maintained his certificate or attach the certificate to the file."

Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 6.

1. In Paragraph 42 (1), the words "signed electronically under special rules' are deleted.

2. In Article 42 (3), the words "or in electronic format 'shall be inserted after the words" made by fax'.
