DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 30 June 2000
determining the method of proving the financial capacity to initiate and operate basic services by the postal licence holder
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 41 (2) of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services) for the implementation of § 21 (4) of this Act:
The holder of the postal licence shall demonstrate his financial capacity:
(a) a business plan covering all business activities for the following calendar year;
(b) a forward-looking business plan covering all business activities for the next two calendar years.
(1) The holder of the postal licence shall submit the documents referred to in Section 1 to the Ministry of Transport and Communications after consulting its Supervisory Board; the documents shall be accompanied by its opinion on the financial capacity of the holder of the postal licence.
(2) The licence holder shall submit the documents referred to in Article 1 by the end of the previous calendar year at the latest.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
