GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 August 1995
amending the territory of certain counties
The Government orders pursuant to § 15 paragraph 2 of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the Territorial Classification of the State, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll.:
The territory of the Praha- East and Benešov districts is changed by crossing Pyšely from Praha- East to Benešov.
The territory of the Praha- west and Benešov counties is changed by crossing the municipalities of Lešany, Krňany, Rabyn and Vysoká Újež from the Praha- west to the district of Benešov.
The territory of the districts of Nymburk and Kolín is changed by crossing from the district of Nymburk to the district of Kolín the municipalities of Pečka, Poříčany, Ratenice and Vrbová Lhota.
The territory of the districts of Breclav and Brno- rural areas is changed by crossing the municipality of Nosislav from Breclav to Brno- rural district.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.
