Decree No. 226 / 1948 Coll.

The Commercial Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the United States of Venezuela, negotiated in Caracas in exchange of notes of 27 November 1947 and entered into force, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, pursuant to Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional treatment of trade relations with foreign countries, and Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., partially amending the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff and the provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, the Government Order of 26 February 1948, No 86 Coll., was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and was ratified by the President of the Republic on 6 September 1948.
