DECLARATION
of 7 July 2016
amending Decree No. 277 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for making it difficult for members of the Security Corps to be used socially
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice and Intelligence, the Ministry of Interior provides, pursuant to Section 104 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps:
Decree No. 277 / 2015 Coll., on the procedure for determining the amount of compensation for pain and for making social application of members of the Security Corps difficult, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in entry 1.3, the words "a 1 cm 'are inserted after the words" deep'.
2. In Annex 1, entry 1.8 reads as follows:

3. In Annex 1, entries 1.10 and 1.11 read:

Transitional provision
If the pain or discomfort of the social application was caused before the date of entry into force of this Order, the compensation for the pain or compensation for the inconvenience of the social application under Decree No. 277 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be determined.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
