GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 July 2011
amending Government Regulation No 184 / 2009 Coll., fixing the amount of the fees for tests
The Government mandates pursuant to § 37 (2) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of doctor, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll., and pursuant to § 90 (1) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognition of competence for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for the exercise of activities related to the provision of medical care and amending certain related laws (Law on non-medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 184 / 2009 Coll., on the setting of the amount of fees for tests, is amended as follows:
1. In § 2 (1) (a) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, § 2 (2) (a) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions and § 3 (1) (a) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, "CZK 3,500" is replaced by "CZK 500."
2. in § 2 (1) (a) (1), § 2 (2) (a) (1) and § 3 (1) (a) (1), "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 250";
3. In § 2 (1) (a) (2), § 2 (2) (a) (2) and § 3 (1) (a) (2), "CZK 1,500" is replaced by "CZK 250."
4. In § 2 (1) (b) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, § 2 (2) (b) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions and § 3 (1) (b) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, "CZK 5,000" is replaced by "CZK 3,500."
5. In § 2 (1) (b) (1), § 2 (2) (b) (1) and § 3 (1) (b) (1), "CZK 3,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,000."
6. in § 2 (1) (b) (2), § 2 (2) (b) (2), § 3 (1) (b) (2) and § 3 (2) (b) (1) and (2), "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 1,500."
7. In § 2 (1) (c) of the introductory part of the provision, § 2 (2) (c) of the introductory part of the provision and § 3 (1) (c) of the introductory part of the provision, the amount "CZK 7,000" is replaced by "CZK 5,000."
8. in § 2 (1) (c) (1), § 2 (2) (c) (1) and § 3 (1) (c) (1), "CZK 4,000" is replaced by "CZK 3,000";
9. In § 2 (1) (c) (2), § 2 (2) (c) (2) and § 3 (1) (c) (2), "CZK 3,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,000."
10. In § 3 (2) (a) of the introductory part of the provision, the amount "CZK 2 000" is replaced by "CZK 1 000."
11. In § 3 (2) (a) (1) and (2), the amount "CZK 1 000" is replaced by "CZK 500."
12. In § 3 (2) (b) of the introductory part of the provision, "CZK 4,000" is replaced by "CZK 3,000."
13. In § 3 (2) (c) of the introductory part of the provision, the amount "CZK 6,000" is replaced by "CZK 5,000."
14. In Paragraph 3 (2) (c) (1) and (2), "CZK 3,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,500."
Transitional provision
Applicants who have already paid the cost of the test, the final test of the certified course or the test for certification before the entry into force of this Regulation, but who did not take part in the test until after the entry into force of this Regulation, shall be reimbursed the financial difference in the amount of the payment without undue delay by the person to whom the test payment was paid.
Efficacy
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011.
