of 26 June 2003

amending Act No 151 / 2000 Coll., on telecommunications and amending other laws, as amended, and Act No 29 / 2000 Coll., on postal services and amending certain laws (Postal Services Act), as amended by Act No 517 / 2002 Coll.

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment of the Postal Services Act

Čl. II

Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on postal services and amending certain laws (Postal Services Act), as amended by Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 18 (1), "350 g 'is replaced by" the weight laid down by the Government by the Regulation'.

2. In Article 19 (a), "350 g 'is replaced by" the weight laid down by the Government by the Regulation';

3. In Paragraph 41, the words "mass a 'shall be inserted after the words" Regulation'.

ČÁST TŘETÍ

EFFECTIVE

Čl. III

This Act shall take effect on the 20th day following its publication, except for Part Two, which shall take effect on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
