DECLARATION
Ministry of Health
of 1 September 1997
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 49 / 1993 Coll., on technical and material requirements for medical equipment, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 51 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 18b and § 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll., and under § 4 (2) (b) of the Czech National Council Act No. 160 / 1992 Coll., on Health Care in Non-State Health Facilities:
Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 49 / 1993 Coll., on technical and material requirements for medical equipment, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 51 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
In the annex to the Decree in Part III. Medical emergency services and transport of wounded, sick and parents in point 3 (b). A - Medical vehicles
1. in point (a) (aa), the words "(Forman Medica and Forman Plus vehicles may carry out transport of wounded, sick and parents on the basis of a doctor's indication for a period of two years after the entry into force of this Decree)" shall be deleted;
2. in point (b) (bb), the words "portable defibrillator capable of ECG monitoring (within two years of the entry into force of this Decree) shall be deleted;";
3. in point (b) after the entry (bc), the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the following point (c) is added:
"(c) Forman Medica and Forman Plus vehicles meeting the requirements for road traffic equipped with a radio communication device, a warning light and a sound device, and
hand-held respiration apparatus and child and adult masks,
Fixing splints,
effective suction,
help for effective bleeding (Martin's tourniquet),
sterile bandages,
surgical gloves, sterile and non-sterile,
disinfectant solution,
Ophthalm for the eyes,
Aluminium foil for maintaining body temperature
(ca) for the provision of medical first-aid services for the transport of stabilised patients on the basis of doctor's indication;
(cb) for the transport of patients, wounded and parents in stable condition and on the basis of the indication of the doctor;
(cd) transport of experts, blood and blood derivatives and biological materials. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
