GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 October 1994
establishing the customs crossing points at which the customs authorities check the travel documents
The Government mandates pursuant to § 11 paragraph 3 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
§ 1
Customs offices shall check travel documents at customs crossing points intended exclusively for rail freight transport.
§ 2
When checking travel documents, the customs authorities shall proceed in accordance with the special rules 1)
§ 3
This Regulation is without prejudice to the authorisation of the Police of the Czech Republic to carry out checks on travel documents when ensuring border control. In this inspection, when carried out at the customs crossing points referred to in § 1, the police of the Czech Republic shall proceed in cooperation with the competent customs office.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
