amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 291 / 1991 Coll., on primary school
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports according to § 13 (f) of the Czech National Council Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 291 / 1991 Coll., on primary school, is amended as follows:
1. in Section 10, the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) In assessing the benefits of the pupil, a wider verbal assessment may be used for the pupil in the first to third years in all subjects and for the pupil in the fourth year in teaching subjects with a predominant educational focus. The principal of the school shall decide on the use of a wider assessment on the basis of a proposal from the teacher and the consent of the student's representative. Where pupils are transferred to another school, they shall be classified in accordance with paragraph 1. ';
Paragraphs 2 to 7 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 to 8.
2. In Section 10, the following sentence is added at the end of the newly marked paragraph 7: "For a pupil of the first to ninth year with proven specific learning or behaviour disorder, the school director shall decide on the use of a wider verbal assessment at the request of the pupil's representative. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1993.
