amending and supplementing Decree No. 41 / 1985 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Regulations No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll. No. 4 / 1990 Coll., and No. 52 / 1990 Coll.
According to Article 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade on non-commercial exports and imports of cases No 41 / 1985 Coll., as amended by Decree No 179 / 1988 Coll., No 118 / 1989 Coll., No 4 / 1990 Coll. and No 52 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Annex 4 to the Decree is added as follows:
"3. passenger cars over 6 years of age (including the year of manufacture and, where applicable, model year). *) '.
The provisions of this Decree do not apply to passenger cars which were transported to the Czechoslovak territory until 14 June 1990 inclusive.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 June 1990.

*) The year of manufacture or model year is shown on the label or coded in the VIN number in the tenth place under the internationally defined code (e.g. 1985 is marked F, 1986 is marked G, etc.). In 1990, passenger cars may be imported in the year of manufacture or in the model year 1985 marked on the product label VIN (Vehicle identification number) letter F and younger.
