Decree of the Ministry of Health
of 7 October 1949
adjusting the salaries of certain authorities carrying out inspections of meat imported into the customs territory.
According to Section 15 of the Government Decree of 5 December 1940, No. 437 Coll., on the modification of certain service conditions of vets and profilers, carrying out the inspection of slaughter animals and meat, and on certain issues related to the fact that the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on 14 September 1949 as follows:
The monthly border amounts referred to in § 2 (3) to (5) of Decree No. 437 / 1940 Coll. of 16 April 1946 (Decree of the Minister for Health of 18 April 1946, No. 79 Coll.) shall be increased in the case of vets from Kčs 4.000, - to Kčs 5.500, - and in the case of visitors from Kčs 3.000, - to Kčs 4.000, - if they are responsible for official investigations into meat imported into the customs territory, but only in the calendar months in which they carry out this investigation.
This resolution shall take effect on 1 May 1949; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Health in agreement with the Ministers involved.
