amending Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, and Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., on Capital Market Supervision and amending and supplementing other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Capital Market Supervisory Act
In Article 13 of Act No. 15 / 1998 Coll., on supervision in the field of capital market and amending and supplementing other laws, as amended by Act No. 308 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 56 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 57 / 2006 Coll., at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point is added:
"(u) the categories of institutions referred to in the Statute for Standard Funds within the meaning of the Collective Investment Act 20a).
20a) Paragraph 26 (1) (g) (2) of Act No. 189 / 2004 Coll., on Collective Investment, as amended by Act No. 224 / 2006 Coll. '.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
