DECLARATION
of 30 May 2005
repealing certain Regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 84 / 1984 Coll., on the provision of scholarships and physical security to pupils of gymnastics and secondary vocational schools, as amended by Decree No. 234 / 2003 Coll.
2. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 188 / 1991 Coll., on the procedure and tasks of institutions and organisations in the management and preparation of youth for the profession in secondary vocational schools and centres of practical teaching.
3. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 189 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the conclusion of economic agreements on the free use of property of secondary vocational schools and centres of practical teaching, as amended by Decree No. 234 / 2003 Coll.
4. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended by Decree No. 219 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 162 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 314 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 325 / 1998 Coll.
5. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 353 / 1991 Coll., on Private Schools, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll.
6. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 452 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment and activity of church and religious schools, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll.
7. Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 85 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary and Secondary Schools (School Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll.
8. Decree of the Federal Ministry of Interior No. 616 / 1992 Coll., on the secondary professional schools of the Federal Police College.
9. Decree of the Ministry of Economy No. 219 / 1993 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools.
10. Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs No. 162 / 1995 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs No. 219 / 1993 Coll.
11. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 303 / 1996 Coll., on schools in nature.
12. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 314 / 1997 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended.
13. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports No. 325 / 1998 Coll., amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended.
14. Decree No. 112 / 2003 Coll., on the requirements of the instrument of establishment and the conditions for deciding on the establishment, modification and cancellation of schools and educational establishments as state contribution organisations.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2005.
