laying down a model form for the notification of imports and exports of banknotes and coins, travel cheques or cash-exchange certificates for cash to customs
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Article 20 (2) of Act No. 61 / 1996 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and amending and supplementing related laws, as amended by Act No. 159 / 2000 Coll.:
Notice to the customs office of import and export of valid banknotes and coins in Czech or foreign currency, travel cheques or cash vouchers convertible at a total value of more than CZK 350 000 shall be submitted by natural and legal persons on a form, 1) whose specimen in the Czech, English and Russian languages is given in the Annex to this Order.
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 2000.
