THE LAW
of 26 June 2003
amending Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 354 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 117 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 57 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 407 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 13, paragraph 11 is added:
"(11) The Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Finance shall issue prescription and blue-striped forms for health and veterinary establishments under their responsibility, indicating the code of the competent Ministry. The provisions of paragraphs 2 to 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the handling of such forms, with the provision that the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Finance, instead of the municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope, provides for the specified activities. ';
2. In Annex 4, the words "Para- methoxymethamphetamine 'are inserted after the entry" Para- methoxyamphetamine' in the column "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language ', the words" Para- methoxymethamphetamine', the words "Additional international non-proprietary name or the common name 'and the words" PMMA' in the column "Chemical name 'are inserted.
3. In Annex 5, the words "21-cyclopropyl-7-α- [(S) -1-hydro-1,2,2-trimethylpropyl] -6,14-endo-ethano-6,7,8,14- tetrahydrooripavin 'are inserted after the entry" Amfetamine'.
4. In Annex 5, the words "1,3-dihydro- (5- (o-fluorophenyl) -1-methyl-7-nitro-2H-1,4-benzo-diazepin-2one 'are inserted after the entry" Fenmetrazine'.
5. In Annex 6, in the column "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language ', the word" Buprenorphine' is deleted and in the column "Chemical name ', the words" 21-cyclopropyl-7-α- [(S) -1-hydro-1,2,2-trimethylpropyl] -6,14-endo-ethano-6,7,8,14-tetrahydrooripavin' are deleted.
6. In Annex 6, in the column "International non-proprietary name (INN) in the Czech language ', the word" Flunitrazepam' is deleted and in the column "Chemical name 'the words" 1,3-dihydro-5- (o-fluorophenyl) -1-methyl-7-nitro-2H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one' are deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 30th day following its publication.
