Order of the Minister for Finance
of 23 September 1948
on the launch of the Investment Bank.
The Minister of Finance hereby orders, pursuant to § 13, § 1 and § 14, § 2 of the Act of 20 July 1948, No 183 Coll., on the Investment Bank:
The Investment Bank, set up by Act No. 183 / 1948 Coll., will start operating on 1 October 1948.
Paragraph 7 and § 14, paragraph 2 of the Law of 14 March 1934, No 49 Coll., on the establishment of the Czechoslovak Reesontage and Lombardy Institute, as amended by the law amending it, and Sections 3 to 6, 8 to 10 and 12 of the Law of 25 November 1941, No 257 of the Coll. on the extension of the scope of the Slovak mortgage and municipal bank in so far as they apply to the compulsory deposits of cash and insurance institutions of those institutions remain valid, after the case applicable until 31 December 1948.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1948.
