Decree of the Minister for Agriculture

repealing the applicability of the Decree of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry of 2 November 1944, No 253 Coll., on the disposal of towing steers.
The Minister of Agriculture declares, pursuant to Articles 4 (a) and 5 (2) of the Decree of 7 August 1940, No 270 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture:
The applicability of Decree No 253 / 1944 of the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry Coll. is hereby revoked.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
