On 20 June 2023, the Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 38 / 22 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and Judges Josef Boxy, Louis David, Josef Fiala, Jaromír Jirsy, Tomáš Lichovník, Radovan Suchanek, Jan Svatona, Pavel Šámal (Judge of the Rapporteur), Vojtět Šimíček, David Uhír, Jan Winter, Daniela Zeman and Jiří Zemánek on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior on the abolition of Article 3 (2) of the First General Order of the City of Pribram No. 1 / 2022 on the Night Order, with the participation of the City of Příbram, the seat of Tyršova 108, Pribram, represented by JUDr Tomáš Samek, the lawyer,
as follows:
Article 3 (2), point (1) of the First General Order of the City of Příbram No 1 / 2022 on night rest, shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws.

In accordance with Article 14 of Act No. 182 / 1993 Coll., on the Constitutional Court, as amended, the Judges Josef Baxter, Josef Fiala, Radovan Suchanek, Jan Wintr and Jiří Zemánek took a different position.
