amending Decree No 512 / 2002 Coll., on the special competence of officials of local and local authorities, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to § 42, for the implementation of § 21 of Act No. 312 / 2002 Coll., on officials of local and local authorities and on the amendment of certain laws:
In the Annex to Decree No. 512 / 2002 Coll., on the special competence of officials of local and local authorities, as amended by Decree No. 41 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 273 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 44 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 39 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 173 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 109 / 2018 Coll., in the section "Ministry of Finance 'under the heading" Financial management of local authorities and its review', the words "- Internal audit 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2018.
