GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 June 2010
on the catalogue of works in public services and administration
The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (b) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
This Regulation provides for the inclusion of public service work and administration in the grade of staff to whom the salary is paid (hereinafter referred to as the "work catalogue ').
The catalogue of works in the Annex to this Regulation provides for the classification of work into grades according to their complexity, accountability and exertion and the classification of work by type into professions.
Government Decree No. 137 / 2009 Coll., establishing a catalogue of works in public services and administration, is repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2010.
