GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 May 2002
repealing Government Decree No. 126 / 1996 Coll., implementing Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, supplementing the Government Order of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 512 / 1991 Coll., implementing Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on travel documents and travel abroad, as amended, and the Government Decree No. 184 / 1994 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Central Electoral Commission and on the Implementation of the Law on Elections to Councils in Municipality
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 243 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., the Constitutional Court Act No. 64 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 171 / 2002 Coll.:
The following shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 126 / 1996 Coll., implementing Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, and supplementing Government Decree No. 512 / 1991 Coll., implementing Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on Travel Documents and Travel to Foreign Affairs, as amended by Government Decree No. 267 / 1993 Coll.
2. Government Decree No. 330 / 1999 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 126 / 1996 Coll., implementing Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, and supplementing Government Decree No. 512 / 1991 Coll., implementing Act No. 216 / 1991 Coll., on Travel Documents and Travel abroad, as amended by Government Decree No. 267 / 1993 Coll.
3. Government Decree No. 184 / 1994 Coll., on Rules of Procedure of the Central Electoral Commission and on the Implementation of the Act on Elections to Councils in Municipality.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
