on the uneven layout of the working time of certain civil aviation staff
The Ministry of Transport and Communications, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides pursuant to Section 85a of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended:
The Decree regulates the uneven schedule of working hours of ground crew members, 1) who provide air traffic services for civil aviation. (2) The Decree applies to staff whose work relates to the provision of air traffic services and to the conditions of the continuous, two-shift or one-shift mode of work in which they are provided.
The employer may, after consulting the relevant trade union body, lay down the working hours of the staff referred to in Section 1 of this Decree unevenly.
The period for which the average weekly working time may not exceed the limit laid down for weekly working hours shall normally be 4 weeks but not more than 6 months.
Maximum shift length is 12 hours.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
