GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 August 1997
establishing a special one-off cash requirement for members of the Police of the Czech Republic
The Government pursuant to § 23 (i) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., provides:
(1) A member of the Police of the Czech Republic ("the police officer") who, when entering into service with the Police of the Czech Republic (1) ("the police"), shall conclude a written agreement in which he undertakes to perform the service continuously for at least six years from its conclusion in the selected activities listed in Annex 1 ("the selected activities"), shall include a special one-off cash requirement ("the requirement") of:
(a) 50 000 CZK if it carries out any of the selected activities in the departments listed in Annex 2; or
b) 15 000 CZK if he performs any of the selected activities in other police departments.
(2) The agreement referred to in paragraph 1 shall be concluded in particular with the police officers who take up the selected activities in the services with an uncompleted approved number of officers.
(3) The requirement shall be paid to the police officer together with the salary for the second calendar month following the establishment of the service.
(4) An agreement referred to in paragraph 1 may not be concluded with a police officer who has already been paid a requirement under this Regulation or a one-off cash requirement under the former provisions when he was in service to the police.
An officer who has failed to fulfil an obligation under Paragraph 1 (1) shall be obliged to return a proportion of the requirement to the police; That doesn't apply if a cop
(a) it has been transferred to another office as a result of organisational changes linked to the cancellation of its existing office or for health reasons;
(b) has been transferred to another place of employment because of the important interest of the service;
(c) has been discharged from service as a result of a reduction in police numbers approved by the Government of the Czech Republic or for health reasons;
(d) retired,
(e) he died.
Government Decree No. 73 / 1995 Coll., establishing a special one-time cash requirement for members of the Police of the Czech Republic is hereby repealed. This is without prejudice to claims arising under Decree No 73 / 1995 Coll. or earlier regulations and obligations relating thereto.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Selected specific activity (1) for the purpose of providing special one-off cash to police officers
POLICE INSPECTOR
6.01 Patrol activities in order, transport and rail services with possible use of the service dog.
6.02 Performance of transport service with possible use of diagnostic, measuring and connecting equipment.
7.01 Shopping and supervision activities of the order and transport services. Shift management of patrol services.
7.02 Investigation and administrative procedures in the field of traffic offences, accidents and accidents. Verification of the technical competence of in-service vehicles on the road.
7.03 Detection of criminal offences, conduct of acts before the start of criminal proceedings, conduct of acts at the direction of the investigator.
THE POLICE COUNCIL
8.08 Investigation of criminal offences in the primary investigation services; the independent execution of preparatory and ancillary tasks in the investigation process (investigator).

Services of the Police of the Czech Republic designed to provide a special one-time cash requirement of CZK 50 000
1. Police of the Czech Republic Administration of the City of Prague and Police of the Czech Republic District Directorate Prague 1 to 10.
2. Police of the Czech Republic Regional Directorate of the Railway Police Service Prague as regards the organizational components dislocated in the territory of the capital city of Prague.
3. Police of the Czech Republic office of investigation of the capital city of Prague and Police of the Czech Republic district offices investigation Prague 1 to 10.
4. Police of the Czech Republic District Directorate Kladno, Mladá Boleslav and Příbram.
