Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 17 September 1948
declaring new dates for the boarding of the service and military training.
The Ministry of Defence declares in accordance with Section 15, paragraph 5 of the Defence Act:
For goals completed in 1948 and for goals completed in earlier years, who, for the postponement of the presentative service or for the postponement of military training, will enter the presentative service or the military training of members of the reserve in 1948, with the exception of doctors and pharmacists, shall be set as the starting dates for the taking-up of:
(a) to the presentation service on 1 October 1948,
(b) to the military training of reserve members on 4 November 1948, unless the Ministry of Defence decides otherwise on a case-by-case basis.
The Decree of the Ministry of National Defence of 23 August 1948, No. 217 Coll., on the time-limits for presentation and military training, shall be repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
