determining the duration of the new organisation of ordinary courts.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
For all the proper courts in the Czechoslovak Republic, the period from 1 January 1948 to 31 December 1949 applies for the period of their new organisation under Section 99 of the Constitutional Charter.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1948; to be carried out by the Minister for Justice.
