GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 30 April 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and Article 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats in connection with the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (c) and (e) and § 6 (b) respectively.
The Government provides for an exception to the Government Resolution of 23 April 2020 No 452, on the adoption of the emergency measure announced after No. 194 / 2020 Coll., on the limitation of the number of persons to attend the service, to hold the service at the Cathedral of St. Vitus, Václav and Vojtěch in Prague on 5 May 2020 on the 75th anniversary of the Prague uprising by ordering that a maximum of 60 persons will attend the service.
