amending Act No 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and amending certain other laws (Air Protection Act), as amended, and Act No 353 / 2003 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Excise Tax Act

1. In Article 3 (r), the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels under the Air Protection Act (" the sustainability criteria ')' are inserted after the words "denatured 'and the words" meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' are inserted.
2. in Paragraph 45 (2) (c):
"(c) mixtures of mineral oils referred to in paragraph 1 (b); (b) intended as fuel for the propulsion of diesel engines with rapeseed oil methyl esters meeting the sustainability criteria for biofuels, the proportion of such rapeseed oil methyl ester shall be at least 30% vol. of all substances contained in the mixture, ';
3. In Article 45 (2) (l), the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' are inserted after the words" meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' and the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' are inserted after the words" specially denatured 'and the words "generally denatured'.
4. In Article 45 (2) (m), the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' are inserted after the words" denatured '.
5. In Article 49 (14), the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' shall be inserted after the word" denaturovane35 '.
6. In Article 49 (17) and (18), the words "meet the sustainability criteria of biofuels and which 'shall be inserted after the words" which'.
7. In Section 49, the words "and meets the sustainability criteria for biofuels' shall be added at the end of paragraph 19.
8. In Article 49 (20), the words "which meet the sustainability criteria of biofuels and 'shall be inserted after the words" Article 45 (2) (l)'.
9. In Article 54 (3), the words "meeting the sustainability criteria of biofuels' are inserted after the words" specially denatured 'and the words "generally denatured'.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on the day of its publication, with the exception of Article I (7), (11), (23), (24), (26), (27), (31), (45) and (45c), and (32), (34) and (35) and Article III, which shall take effect on 1 January 2012.
