The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 12 May 2008 it issued a Price Decision 1 / 08- FAR establishing a list of ATC groups not subject to price regulation. The price decision is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 3 / 2008 of 30 May 2008 and came into effect on 1 June 2008.
