On 8 July 1997, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on the proposal of the President of the Regional Office of Kladno to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Kladna No 17 of 17 February 1993 on ensuring public order and security in the city
as follows:
The General Decree of the City of Kladna No 17 on Public Order and Security in the City of 17 February 1993 is hereby repealed from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
