DECLARATION
of 28 April 2006
amending Decree No. 255 / 2003 Coll., laying down the correct practice of pharmacies, the detailed conditions for the preparation and treatment of medicinal products, the dispensation and treatment of medicinal products in medical establishments and the conditions for the operation of pharmacies and other medicinal operators
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture, pursuant to § 75 (2) (e) of Act No. 79 / 1997 Coll., on Medicines, and on amendments and additions to certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 129 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 255 / 2003 Coll., laying down the correct practice of pharmacies, closer to the conditions for preparing and adjusting medicinal products, dispensing and handling medicinal products in medical establishments and closer to the conditions for the operation of pharmacies and other medicinal operators, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 9 (3) (a):
"(a) the replacement medicinal product contains the same active substance in the same pharmaceutical form and the same amount of active substance in the unit of mass; the pharmacist shall inform the patient of any change in the payment of the medicinal product and indicate the change on the recipe upon agreement of the patient, '.
2. Paragraph 9 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) Medicinal products not subject to medical prescription may also be supplied by self-service at the premises specified for that purpose and by mail."
This Decree shall take effect on 15 June 2006.
