determining the parts of the national insurance premiums paid by the employer and the employee.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 20, paragraph 1, last sentence, § 255, paragraph 1, point (a) and § 255, paragraph 2 of the Act of 15 April 1948, No 99 Coll., on National Insurance (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
Until the provisions of Section 120 (1) of the Act become effective, the employer and the employee [§ 2 (1) (a) of the Act] shall pay [half of the premium.
The employer shall pay the full accident allowance in accordance with the provisions of § 117, paragraph 3, second sentence of the Act.
Until such time as the new salary adjustment of public servants is provided otherwise, public servants who are entitled to a service salary (income) in the event of a sickness for at least one year (Section 36 (5) of the Act), and beneficiaries of resting (provision) salaries from public pension provision, shall pay 3% in the case of recurring donations and pension benefits from public funds [§ 8 (b) of the Act] in the case of sickness insurance premiums, and their employers, after the payer of the resting (provision) payments, from the basis on which the insurance of their current sickness insurance was calculated.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with participating members of the Government.
