DECLARATION
of 25 November 2019
amending Decree No 291 / 2003 Coll., on the prohibition of the administration of certain substances to animals whose products are intended for human consumption and on the monitoring (monitoring) of the presence of unauthorised substances, residues and contaminants for which animal products could be harmful to human health, in animals and in their products, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 368 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 19 (7) Coll.
Decree No 291 / 2003 Coll., on the prohibition of the administration of certain substances to animals whose products are intended for human consumption and on the monitoring (monitoring) of the presence of unauthorised substances, residues and contaminants for which animal products could be harmful to human health, in animals and in their products, as amended by Decree No. 232 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 375 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 129 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 51 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Section 1 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "European Community1) 'are replaced by the words" European Union1)'.
2. In Article 1, at the end of point (d), the comma is replaced by a dot and point (e) is deleted.
3. In Paragraph 14 (2) (d), the words "the European Communities' are replaced by the words" the European Union '.
4. Paragraph 16 (3) and (4) are deleted.
5. Paragraph 17 (3) is deleted.
(6) Sections 18 to 24 shall be deleted, including footnotes 6 and 6a.
7. In Annex No 3, Part II, the detailed rules for the collection of official samples shall be deleted from point 2.3.1.2 of the words "pursuant to Section 23 of this Order '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 December 2019.
