DECLARATION
of 16 January 2019
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Czechoslovak Red Cross
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 6 February 2019 the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Czechoslovak Red Cross is issued a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) Two hundred koruna is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,35 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,26 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front side of the two hundred crowns is a cross in which there are stylized heraldic animals from the great state sign, Czech lion, Moravian eagle and Silesian eagle. The name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation of the money unit "200 CZK" is on the perimeter of the coin. The brand Czech Mint, which consists of the letters "No" and "M", is located at the upper left corner of the lower right section.
(2) The reverse side of the two-hundred crown corresponds to its basic composition to the front. The area of the cross is filled with quotes of the internationally valid 7 basic principles of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent, which are humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, volunteering, unity and uniformity. In the middle is the cross covered with a partial emblem of the Czechoslovak Red Cross. On the perimeter of the coin is a copy of the text "CZECH BLACK CROSS". The text "1919- 2019" is placed under the emblem. The author's brand Asamata Baltaeva, DiS., is located at the upper left corner of the lower right section.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decision shall enter into force on 6 February 2019.
