on the publication and publication of a correction of the overall results of the elections to the municipal councils held on 10 and 11 October 2014
The State Election Commission announces and publishes pursuant to § 51 of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on amendments to certain laws, as amended, and pursuant to the Resolution of the Regional Court in Brno No. 64 A 10 / 2014-136, of 12 November 2014 and the Resolution of the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem No. 40 A 32 / 2014-42, of 10 November 2014 to correct the overall results of the elections to the municipal councils.
The overall results of the municipal council elections, published under No. 217 / 2014 Coll., are amended as follows:
in point (d), the total number of elected members of the municipal councils in which, according to the election parties, the serial number
88 "228" is replaced by "229"
90 The Association of Independent Candidates - the local association total number "32779" is replaced by "32778."
