amending Decree No 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of territory, as amended by Decree No 269 / 2009 Coll.
According to § 193 and § 194 (a) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll.:
In Article 26 of Decree No. 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of the territory, as amended by Decree No. 269 / 2009 Coll., the words "§ 24a (2) (a), (3) (a) shall be inserted after the words" § 24 (1) and (3), "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
