DECLARATION

amending and supplementing Decree No. 50 / 1992 Coll., implementing Act No. 547 / 1990 Coll., on the Treatment and Control of Certain Goods and Technologies, as amended by Decree No. 505 / 1992 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Section 37 of Act No. 547 / 1990 Coll., on the treatment and control of certain types of goods and technology:
Decree No. 50 / 1992 Coll., implementing Act No. 547 / 1990 Coll., on the Treatment and Control of Certain Goods and Technologies, as amended by Decree No. 505 / 1992 Coll. ("the Order '), is amended as follows:
Article 1 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The control scheme provided for in Article 2 is subject to the export of goods and technology (" controlled goods') listed in Annexes 1 and 1a to this Decree. '
(2) Part III of Annex 1 to Decree (*) is deleted.
(3) Annex 1a to this Decree entitled "The Appendix to the List of Goods and Technologies subject to the Control Scheme" shall be published as a separate Annex to the Collection of Laws. * *)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
