THE LAW
of 26 March 1975
on the award of the Czechoslovak Journalist Prize
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
§ 1
The Czechoslovak Journalist Prize is awarded as a token of the honorary recognition of the Socialist State to press, radio, television and news producers who have contributed to the realisation of the ideas of socialism and communism by their important journalism and publicity activities.
§ 2
The Czechoslovak Journalist Prize is awarded by the President of the Republic, generally on the occasion of On September 21.
§ 3
(1) The holders of the Czechoslovak Journalist Prize have the right to wear a red ribbon with a horizontal blue stripe on the upper and lower edges.
(2) The Czechoslovak Journalist Prize is accompanied by a reward of 30 000 CZK. The reward is not subject to taxes or fees.
§ 4
The legal measure of the National Assembly Bureau No. 171 / 1964 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Journalism Prize is hereby repealed.
§ 5
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
