Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture
of 15 March 1951
on the management of the property nature of land reforms.
In an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to Article 6 of Act No. 98 / 1950 Coll., the Minister of Agriculture hereby orders the abolition of the National Land Fund at the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reform and the merger of their assets:
The principles of economic planning, in particular the principles of economy and liquidity for the performance of the tasks to which the property serves, shall apply to the management of the property nature of land reforms (hereinafter referred to as the "property substance ').
(1) The property is managed by the Ministry of Agriculture, separately from other state assets.
(2) The costs of the management of property, as well as the personal and material expenses incurred by the implementation of the Land Reform Regulations, are reimbursed on the basis of property.
(3) The right of reference with regard to property is exercised by the Minister for Agriculture or by the staff of the Ministry of Agriculture by him.
(4) In Slovakia, the tasks arising from the management of the property are carried out by the authority responsible for agriculture with a special account.
(5) Management with assets is subject to supervision by the Supreme Accounting Audit Office.
(1) The Ministry of Agriculture manages the property in accordance with the annual financial plan annexed to the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture.
(2) The financial plan of the property contains all revenue and expenditure belonging to the assets in the relevant planning period, including expenditure relating to the implementation of land reforms (Section 2 (2)).
(1) The cashier's service directive, accounting and balance sheet and the form of financial statements shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
(2) The accounts with the relevant annexes and activity report are sent by the Ministry of Agriculture to the Ministry of Finance.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1951.
